About The Position
The Behavioral Health Consultant II is responsible for providing 24/7 Behavioral Health and Behavioral Health crisis line services to up to approximately 10 million lives. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Ideal candidates must live within the state of Massachusetts.
