Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active CNA certification (required)
- BLS certification (required)
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year experience in geriatric behavioral health (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care
- Provide direct patient interaction and engagement
- Assist with individual and group activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health
- Conduct therapeutic groups for geriatric patients
