In this role, you will be working with youth and adults in an office-based setting. Schedule will be Mon-Fri, Daytime Hours. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. Requirements

  • Requires Master's Degree and provisional licensure in Missouri.
  • Must have valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.
  • Requires basic computer skills including Office 365 and an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of treatment court team that helps individuals in recovery
  • Provide consumer-driven substance use and mental health services (individual, group, and family therapy; skills and educational groups) to adults
  • Promote the recovery model of treatment including harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness.
  • Refer and link clients to community resources.
  • Provide services in the community as needed.
  • Demonstrate skill building in evidence based practices such as trauma-informed care (TIC), development stages, Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
