About The Position

In this hybrid role, the Behavioral Health Clinician will report to the Director of Behavioral Health and will work to provide comprehensive, integrated, quality behavioral health care to HCHC patients. Typical responsibilities include providing and documenting all patient psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and psychotherapy/ counseling, collaborating with the Behavioral Health Care Coordinators to submit insurance re-authorizations and complete EHR encounter notes, and provide crisis intervention, case management, and referral services to patients as appropriate. The Behavioral Health Clinician will collaborate and work integratively with all medical providers, Behavioral Health Coordinators, and the Behavioral Health Director to improve overall patient care as well as schedule productivity.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work.
  • Current license to practice independently in Massachusetts or to provide service under the direct supervision of an LICSW.
  • Ability to establish effective, positive working relationships, internal and external to the Organization.

Responsibilities
