About The Position

I Am Boundless is a non-profit organization specializing in assisting individuals with I/DD and has been serving Ohio for over 40 years. The mission of I Am Boundless is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, the role involves providing behavioral health services, including therapy and case management, to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This position operates under the training and supervision of an independently licensed clinician, receiving regular, in-depth clinical supervision and case review for appropriate clinical training, support, and professional development. Services can be delivered in person or via telehealth, based on client preference and clinical appropriateness. Individual, group, or family services are provided in assigned treatment programs, offices, or community-based settings such as homes and schools. The clinician is expected to successfully treat low to moderate acuity cases and will require more supervision for high acuity cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work
  • Ability to maintain and obtain First Aid, CPR – adult, child, and infant (training provided if not already certified)
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Licensure through the state of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT)

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health services, including therapy and case management services, to children, adolescents, adults, and families under the training and supervision of an independently licensed clinician
  • Receive regular, in-depth clinical supervision and case review to ensure appropriate clinical training, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Provide services in person or via telehealth, dependent upon client preference and clinical appropriateness
  • Deliver individual, group, or family services in an assigned treatment program, office, or community-based settings (including homes, schools, and other community settings)
  • Successfully treat low to moderate acuity cases and seek more supervision for high acuity cases
