Compensation: New hires start between $29.68 and $39.57 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. This position does not supervise employees but provides clinical supervision. The below requirements differentiate this position from Behavioral Health Clinician II: Master’s Degree with curriculum related to counseling and psychology. Mental health associate’s license (i.e., LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAA, LSWAIC) or be a Mental Health Professional and an Agency Affiliated Counselor
