Responsible for conducting internal audits, supporting regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives across assigned programs. Provides technical assistance related to documentation, investigations, and regulatory standards while supporting leadership in preparation for external audits. Ensures compliance with OASAS, OMH, and applicable federal and state regulations, and promotes service excellence throughout the organization St. Catherine of Siena Hospital is the largest in-patient psychiatric facility in Suffolk County, St. Catherine's Department of Psychiatry provides holistic, patient-centered care and advocacy services for adults aged 18 and older with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. Conditions treated include schizophrenia, and bipolar and depressive disorder conditions. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
