About The Position

Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people? Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Case Manager/ Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Mountain View Behavioral Health Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, the Case Manager/Medical Receptionist will greet patients with a smile, collect and input accurate information into our electronic health records, and assist with scheduling, referrals, patient inquiries, you'll also work as part of the behavioral health team performing care management duties to assess, plan, and coordinate aspects of behavioral health and supporting services across the continuum of care for patients to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness by guiding patients/families with appropriate resources, and other duties deemed necessary to provide service to the center’s patients. Notice: Safety-Sensitive Position This position has been designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about helping others
  • Must have current CPR
  • Must be willing to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
