Behavioral Health Case Manager II Location: California. This position will work from home and in the field in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of Sacramento. Half of your time will be dedicated to fieldwork in Sacramento, including home visits, while the other half will be spent working remotely from home via telephone. The Behavioral Health Case Manager II is responsible for performing case management telephonically and/or by home visits within the scope of licensure for members with behavioral health and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder needs. Subject matter expert in targeted clinical areas of expertise such as Alcohol / Drug etc.
