About The Position

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center is looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join their adult Program of Assertive Community Treatment. The PACT team goes out into the community to meet our consumers where they are at by providing resources and mental health support. Requirements

• For Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
• For Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community mental health services.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and mental health support to consumers in the community.
• Participate in the adult Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).
• Work with individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Complete Department sponsored case management certification within 30 days of the start date.
