The Behavioral Health Case Manager I is responsible for performing case management telephonically within the scope of licensure for members with behavioral health and substance use disorder needs. This is a virtual position, and the ideal candidate will live within 50 miles and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations. The schedule includes first shift daytime hours, with one early/open or late/close shift required, and a preferred flexible schedule for coverage purposes.
