About The Position
The Behavioral Health Case Manager I is responsible for performing case management telephonically and/or by home visits within the scope of licensure for members with behavioral health and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder needs. The position requires candidates to reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location. The work shift is Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
