About The Position

We are seeking Behavioral Health Care Managers to focus on collaborative care within long-term care settings. This role involves working directly with licensed social workers, psychiatric providers, and patients to oversee the quality of care. This job includes flexible work hours with both part time and full-time positions available. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Passion for improving behavioral health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage collaborative care services for residents.
  • Work closely with psychiatric providers and licensed social workers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and support residents’ progress in achieving mental health goals.
  • Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and provide feedback to the care team.
