Requirements

• High School or equivalent diploma
• Experience working with the mentally ill population preferred
• Previous hospital experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs/records procedures (Vs, WT, b/p)
• Accurately performs EKGs
• Safely supervises common patient areas
• Participates in selected group activities
• Safely assists with ADL's, with Psychiatric Emergencies/RRTs and with restraint application/monitoring
• Completes/documents rounds as directed
• Interacts therapeutically/respectfully with all patients, their family members and staff
• Promotes positive working relationships with peers and others
