About The Position
The Behavioral Health Associate position at Mercy Joplin involves assisting in the individualized care of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role is focused on helping patients achieve their highest level of physical and mental wellness. This is a full-time night shift position, requiring 36 hours per week from 7 PM to 7 AM. The position may also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
