Essential Job Responsibilities: Manage schedule for office. Set up and lead monthly office meetings. Schedule behavioral health patient appointments. Do prior authorizations and work with insurance companies as needed. Act as liaison to coordinate issues with Business Office, Administration, and Clinical Services. Complete FMLA and disability paperwork on behalf of providers. Coordinate the review, revision, and implementation of department policies. Address concerns and questions with walk-in patients. Manage departmental email. Other duties as assigned.
