Behavioral Health Aide - PCA - School Setting

CCRN is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant to join our caring and compassionate teams at various schools in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Aide you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to students with special needs. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and related Behavioral Health experience
- (1-3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings
- Must be able to work with "high-risk" consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide in school support to assigned student with special needs
- Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
- Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Timely submission of daily student summaries and clinical documentation, including PCA interventions, observation of behaviors displayed, etc.
