The Behavioral Health Advocate will provide support to assist young adult participants, known as 'Opportunity Youth', who are neither employed nor in school. This role involves helping them navigate complex stressors and unique barrier remediation needs during a pivotal developmental life stage. The BHA is responsible for assessing and intervening with program participants who have identified behavioral health concerns that hinder their potential. The position requires providing brief therapeutic interventions and referring participants to long-term external supportive services when necessary.
