Requirements

• Master's Degree required.
• LCSW-C or LCPC required
• 2 years of behavioral health therapy or counseling experience required (internships count) - 5 years preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family therapy, and supportive therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver co-occurring mental health treatment to individuals and groups, using the waterfront setting to enrich therapeutic experiences.
• Collaborate with our team of experts to design and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and recovery.
