About The Position

The Clinical Excellence Program Management Advisor serves as a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading initiatives that advance clinical excellence and optimize clinical delivery within Behavioral Clinical Operations. This role serves as a key connector between Behavioral Clinical Operations, Verint AQM, and Talent Enablement, translating clinical priorities into actionable programs and processes that drive quality, efficiency, and innovation. This role leads cross-functional efforts, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and ensures alignment with organizational goals to improve clinical delivery and member experience.

Requirements

  • Master level independent clinical/counseling license with 5-7 years post licensure experience
  • 5+ years of post-license mental health and substance use disorder experience is required; as well as at least one year as a Care Manager in managed care environment and previous precepting experience
  • Exemplary research, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to balance best clinical outcomes and practices with finite resources
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, recommend changes, and resolve problems
  • Experience in leading/managing projects and change management
  • Independent, organized, and highly consultative business partner
  • Enterprise thinker with proven ability to influence across a matrix environment. Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical improvement initiatives to enhance clinician acumen, workflows, and clinical delivery within Behavioral Clinical Operations
  • Translate clinical priorities into actionable, high-quality initiatives supported by data and analytics
  • Act as the primary liaison between Behavioral Clinical Operations, Verint AQM, and Talent Enablement to align on clinical quality goals, data insights, and improvement strategies
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between operational and quality teams to support clinical excellence
  • Facilitate the Clinical Quality Meeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder priorities
  • Lead the Clinical Value Ambassadors group, fostering a culture of clinical innovation, collaboration, and peer engagement across all Behavioral Clinical Operations departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve efficiency, member experience, and clinical outcomes
  • Maintain the clinical accomplishments, ownership, and initiatives grid to ensure accomplishments are thoroughly highlighted and initiatives pertaining to Clinical Excellence are being prioritized
