Job Summary Collaborate with all Prevea providers to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental or emotional problems. Assess and manage patients referred to behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services. Provide ongoing direct psychotherapy and family therapy. Involvement in education and consultation programs for the community and Prevea employees. Participation in the development and implementation of programming. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Experience working with low-income clients.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • WI licensed as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or psychiatric nurse.
  • Medicaid outpatient certification
  • CPS/BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approved program or Prevea sponsored program.
