Behavior Treatment Specialist

About The Position

The Behavior Treatment Specialist supports the Ingham Academy and Horizon Programs by engaging with students, being a positive role model, helping them to maximize their strengths, build assets, receive a solid educational foundation, and achieve successful community-based living. You will work directly with students through regularly planned, structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. Your hours would be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Highfields is a diverse and equal opportunity employer and offers opportunities to grow and become a leader. Requirements

  • High School Diploma and solid history working with students.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Chauffeur's license required, or must have ability to obtain.
