We provide services from 8am-8pm with prime time hours Monday through Friday in the late afternoon/early evening. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Job Description Create a fun, motivating experience to generate a positive learning environment for every individual. Implement individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming under the direction of a BCBA/supervisor. Use basic principles of ABA, such as reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping procedures. Implement strategies to encourage socialization and daily living skills. Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor. Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system, Central Reach, to enter, track, and view progress. Position Requirements Associates degree with RBT and 1 year experience in ABA or Bachelor's degree required in Applied Behavior Analysis field preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or RBT in process is a plus. Experience working with children, especially those with autism, using ABA methodologies. Candidates must be energetic, comfortable playing with children, and have a passion for helping youth achieve their true potential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
