About The Position

Join Instructional ABA Consultants and make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism. We're hiring Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinical settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working or volunteering with children
• Strong communication & reliability
• Reliable transportation (travel within 40 mins of Glenview)
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience or coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, or human development is a plus
• CPR/First Aid preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Track and submit session data electronically
• Receive paid training and support toward RBT certification
• Work daytime and evenings (3-8pm) + one weekend day (part-time flexibility available)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
