About The Position

Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. You’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways. Beyou Behavior Therapy was founded by two parents of children on the Autism Spectrum who believe that compassionate, effective ABA care should be accessible to all. Our team values individuality, cultural awareness, and professional growth. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
  • Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination

Nice To Haves

  • French speaker is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
  • Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills
  • Collect and record session data as required
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client
