About The Position

We are hiring a part-time Behavior Therapist in Devore Heights, CA (92407) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism during afternoon and early evening hours. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, education, psychology, or behavioral health, or those looking to gain experience in the ABA field. As a Home-Based Behavior Therapist at Accel Therapies, you’ll: Get in there and play —you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Track progress like a pro —you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• A High school diploma or GED
• Consistent availability is required; schedules are built around these hours: Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive between client homes
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction
• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, paraprofessional, etc.)
• Experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Background in psychology, education, or a related field (a plus!)
