About The Position

At Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA), we're looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. You'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in home, clinic, and school settings. Whether you're just starting your career or seeking to grow in the field, we provide the training, support, and career path you need-no prior ABA experience required!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience working with children (paid or volunteer) is required
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

Nice To Haves

• Interest in psychology, education, or human development (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record accurate data from each session
• Collaborate with supervisors and participate in paid ongoing training
• Maintain client confidentiality while following HIPAA and ethical standards
