What You’ll Do: As a Behavior Therapist, you’ll work with children to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to make each day fun, rewarding, and full of growth for both the kids and our team members. Your Role Includes: Working directly with children (usually one-on-one) to support behavior goals Following a personalized plan created for each child Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills Supporting families and sharing progress Taking notes and tracking the child’s progress Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible What We’re Looking For: Someone who loves working with kids Great communication skills Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude Experience working with children is a big plus (but we’ll provide training if you're new!) Please Note: This position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Shifts may be in the morning or afternoon. This role starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time hours as the position develops. While we aim to provide consistent opportunities for additional hours, full-time status is not guaranteed. Why Join Us?
