About The Position

InBloom Autism Services is hosting an In-Person Hiring Event to recruit new or experienced Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The company is looking for individuals passionate about working with children and helping others, whether they are just starting their career in ABA Therapy or are already experienced RBTs. The role offers a starting wage of $17.50/hour (with $13/hour during training), weekly Friday paychecks, generous Paid Time Off (including Birthday PTO), and six paid holidays. The hiring event will include a full interview with a Clinical Team member to discuss the position. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The event will take place at the Brookfield Learning Center on April 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST. Requirements

  • Passion for working with children and helping others.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
  • Ability to pass the RBT certification exam within the training period.
  • Must obtain and maintain RBT certification through the BACB.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors.
  • Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.
  • Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment.
  • Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.
