About The Position

Join ANNA as a Behavior Technician (or Behavior Therapist as we call them here at ANNA)! Our team is dedicated to helping children learn and grow using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), and we’re committed to investing in your growth and development as a professional in this field.

Requirements

  • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs).
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance in the field of autism therapy.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to perform physically active tasks, including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 30 pounds, and actively playing with children during sessions.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized therapy plans under expert guidance to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to provide evidence-based therapy that’s engaging and child-centered.
  • Collect data, assist with clinical assessments, and support onboarding of new clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver the highest quality care for our clients.
