Your Role at SARRC Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team! Our Behavior Therapists spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Requirements

  • Passionate about helping others succeed and thrive (experience not required — we’ll pay for training and help you get certified!).
  • Strong collaborator and communicator who enjoys working with their peers to implement treatment plans.
  • A compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with changes to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Always eager for knowledge, and likes to inquire, research and ask questions.
  • Comfortable using different technologies and software programs, as well as data collection applications.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment.
  • Behavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).

Responsibilities

  • Connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
