About The Position

Join our team at Instructional ABA Consultants and make a meaningful impact working with children diagnosed with Autism. This 6-month, part-time internship offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ideal for those pursuing careers in psychology, education, or behavior therapy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with children (volunteer or paid)
• Strong communication, organization, and reliability
• Background check required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Students in psychology or related fields encouraged to apply
• Available a minimum of three weeknights and one weekend day!

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA instruction in various settings
• Implement plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect and document client data
• Submit documentation within 24 hours
• Attend required trainings and communicate with your BCBA
• Maintain ethical standards and HIPAA compliance
