We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work closely with children in their homes, implementing effective behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with highly effective in-home treatments in the field of ABA.
  • Follow and implement behavioral intervention plans as designed under the mentorship of your Supervisor and BCBA.
  • Share input on the day-to-day operations of your client's program.
  • Track clients' progress and growth.
  • Educate families/caregivers on behavior intervention strategies.

Requirements

  • RBT Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hours
  • BA/BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field)
  • Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with kids: 1 year (Preferred)
