Behavior Technicians are expected to collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity, review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during treatment sessions, and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. The role also emphasizes personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence. The Behavior Technician will represent CARD in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all policies and procedures while maintaining accurate and timely records. This position does not involve any direct reports, and the Behavior Technician will report to the CARD Operations Manager.
