The Behavior Specialist/Behavior Technician is responsible for direct delivery of behavioral services to children and families/caregivers. This position maintains accurate record keeping of case notes and communicates with supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst about the program and the progress of the treatment plan for individuals served. The position will utilize the strategies and principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to manage a caseload of clients and work with their families by providing services in family homes or other appropriate settings. Reports to a Clinical Administrator or a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
