The Behavior Technician is responsible for working directly with children who have autism in their home. This role involves implementing evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). The technician will also be responsible for recording data according to the ITP and reporting any issues or concerns relating to the family, client, or team to the supervisor. Additionally, progress and concerns must be reported to the Consultant.
