The behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists at SpringHealth combine their expertise to deliver high-quality behavioral services for clients to live more positive, active, and social lives. The Behavior Technician role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities directly in their homes and/or community environments. This position provides 1:1 therapy to individuals, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to implement treatment goals and track client progress and program data. The technician is also responsible for facilitating the teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals, while adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining patient confidentiality.
