What You ll Do: Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
