Under close supervision, the behavior technician will provide direct care and implement the treatment goals and objectives mutually developed by the BCBA, family, and clinical team across the home and community based setting. This position provides an excellent entry to the field for people who are interested in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or other careers in the behavioral sciences.
