About The Position

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team in our Dearborn, MI location. Must have flexible availability between 9a-7:30p Monday-Friday. Earn anywhere from $16-18/hr! If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! We provide PAID clearances, training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. POSITION DETAILS At Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation. You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
Flexible availability Monday - Friday, 9a-7:30pm. Minimum 37.5 hours available per week.

Nice To Haves

3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services.
Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings.
Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation.
Apply individualized treatment.
Other duties as assigned.
