At the Hope Network Center for Autism, the team supports each other and cares deeply about staff, families, and communities. As a Behavior Technician, you will change lives by providing one-on-one direct care to learners aged 18 months to 21 years. This role focuses on teaching independent daily living skills to improve their quality of life, primarily in a center-based setting, with potential for home or community-based sessions. Hope Network offers a unique, hands-on training experience for new Behavior Technicians, guided by a qualified trainer, to ensure high-quality service delivery from the start.
