About The Position

Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. Why Join Caravel? No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite

Requirements

  • 18+ years required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable playing with children
  • Full-time availability (Monday - Friday)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
