About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, utilizing ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided. This role offers ongoing support from a collaborative team and genuine opportunities for both professional and personal growth. WEAP, as part of LEARN Behavioral, is dedicated to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide.

Requirements

At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence
Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with WEAP's values
Build a strong foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields
Create positive, lasting change for children and families
