About The Position

Flywheel Centers is growing in Northwest New Jersey and is hiring a Behavior Technician in Blairstown and surrounding Warren County communities to provide meaningful, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants purpose-driven work, consistent afternoon hours, and the chance to make a real difference-without long commutes or overwhelming caseloads.

Requirements

• Age 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (any setting welcomed)
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to support: Communication Social skills Daily living and independence
• Track session data and progress notes
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families
