If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed — including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence. Requirements

Available full-time, Monday–Friday
Have a high school diploma or GED
Love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
At least 18 years old and ready to make an impact

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum
Use play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills
Track progress
Celebrate every win (big or small)
Be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence
