Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by company)
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Automobile Insurance Required
  • Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
  • Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred
  • Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
  • Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies.
