Cortica is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism. This role involves delivering 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implementing positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, and utilizing evidence-based practices to foster meaningful progress. Behavior Technicians are responsible for documenting session data, collaborating closely with families and supervisors to create supportive environments, and adhering to Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. Cortica emphasizes a transdisciplinary, collaborative, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, integrating neuroscience and developmental models to empower each child to build on their unique abilities and thrive across various settings.
