As a Registered Behavior Technician within Ivy Rehab's Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will work under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions, as well as supporting clinicians to help children and their families learn new skills and techniques for autism therapy. The position requires effective communication and the development of professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
