About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician within Ivy Rehab's Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will work under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions, as well as supporting clinicians to help children and their families learn new skills and techniques for autism therapy. The position requires effective communication and the development of professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Requirements

  • 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
  • Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
