Behavior technicians at Ariel Clinical Services work directly with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to increase their quality of life by reducing challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis. Technicians work 1:1 or in small groups while following structured behavior intervention plans and work in homes, day program, community, and clinical settings under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
