About The Position

Behavior Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Ontario, OH Location: Clinic, In-home Hours: Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-7:00PM. SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH. Why Join Us? Your Role: Work 1:1 with children in both in-home and clinic-based settings, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This role includes both clinic-based and in-home sessions. Employees must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required. Flexibility is highly valued. What You Bring: 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience in Early intervention (ages 2–6) is required Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills A passion for helping children grow and succeed Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study) Active CPR certification is preferred Job Details: Part-time: 15 hours/week Full-time: 30+ hours/week Pay: $17–$22/hr Benefits: PTO, professional development Join a company that values people over profit. Requirements

  • 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Experience in Early intervention (ages 2–6) is required
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario
  • Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
